Smokehead is an Islay Single Malt Whisky that's an assault on your senses. An award winning whisky that's as bold in taste as it is in attitude. This is a heavily-peated Smokehead that’s extra rare, extra unconventional and extra audacious.

A rowdy clash of unexpected flavours. Ginger and plum jam. Lemon and cracked pepper. Thick oily smoke and slabs of earthy peat. Seaweed and spices. All combine to create a colossus of clashing tastes. This heavyweight is big on boldness and big on attitude.

 

Tasting Note

Nose: Heavy smoke and peat. Amazing richness. Lemon, fresh ginger, plum jam. And a salty and spicy kick to boot.​

Palate: Packs a punch and hits the palate all at once with cocoa, peat and some honey sweetness. Then explodes with peppery spice before a light sweetness and even more peat fill your mouth.

Finish: Even more peat, spice, mandarin – then dries up. When you think it’s all over the peat comes back to hit you again.​
