Feel the rhythm of island life with Islanders’ Expression No. 2, a collaboration with one of Jura’s most talented musicians, Giles Perring. Giles harnesses the natural sounds of the beautiful island and its surroundings.
Finished in hand selected Scottish Pale Ale Casks, this whisky offers layers of tropical fruit flavours and aromatic hop notes.
Tasting Note
Nose: Honeyed cereal, ripe citrus and freshly cut grass with a touch of vanilla and toffee richness.
Palate: Soft, bitter-sweet citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit balanced with pine and vanilla spice.
Finish: Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and Scottish Pale Ale casks.
