A premium version on the classic Jägermeister recipe, featuring additional botanicals (the recipe already featured 56 herbs, spices and roots!) and five macerations rather than four. It also enjoys a maturation in small and large barrels, helping to accentuate the powerful, oaky, earthy notes. Enjoy well-chilled or in a cocktail.

Tasting Note

Nose: Predominantly pine, aniseed and caramel with menthol and complex herbal scents.

Palate: Piney (more than oak) and enlivening spice, smoothed by rich caramel, vanilla and liquorice, with dried fruit and very complex rooty herbal notes.

Finish: Herbal (particularly thyme), piney with subtle aniseed and menthol freshness.

Overall: Rounder and more complex than original Jägermeister, Manifest sits squarely alongside, and competes with, the very best of the traditional Italian amari. However, Manifest’s flavour remains identifiable as part of the Jägermeister family.
